Hello Jean, I read your book, Growing Up Harley-Davidson, and enjoyed it very much. I am 48 years old and have heard the stories about the Harley-Davidson tradition and family, but I didn't understand that feeling or what it meant until I read your book. It gives an inside look to the family not just the motorcycles that they produced. Thank You!

Dear Jean:
Although I am still reading your book, Growing Up Harley-Davidson, I just couldn't wait to tell you how nice it was to meet you. What a great book! I'm getting a whole new perspective on the Harley-Davidson story. I have more than 100 Harley-Davidson books in my museum but this one is without a doubt, my favorite. It's the perfect blend of fact and story. Thank you so much for your efforts in putting this book together. I'll be ordering extra copies for my very best friends.

Dear Jean:
I read your book, Growing Up Harley-Davidson, and enjoyed every page. The pictures were a tremendous asset in learning and understanding the history of your family. The style was perfect. I have read several historical accounts of the Company, but none compared to your book. It brought a personal touch to the history of H-D and was much more enjoyable and entertaining than anything I have read. It brought much more meaning to the "family" feeling that we experience with other Harley riders and gave me an understanding of how and why it all got started.

Jean Davidson's Harley-Davidson Family Album, is the perfect follow up to your first book, Growing Up Harley-Davidson. I think what is so special about this book is the look of an old family album with never before seen pictures from both the Harley and Davidson families. The quotes that accompany the photos further explain the personal history of the families behind the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. It is nice to see after all these years, the two families working together like their grandparents did. I especially liked the way you added early motorcycle advertisements from the private Davidson collection. It is a pleasure to have this book on my coffee table where all can admire it.

I just wanted to tell you how much I love your new book, Jean Davidson's Harley-Davidson Family Album. I read your first book last year and am one of the people who asked you for more stories and photos of your family heritage. I am so pleased to see you did it, and I am thrilled that it is all that I expected. The pictures are awesome and the quotes by the Harley and Davidson family really add to my understanding of the mystique of the Harley-Davidson. Thank you again for writing a second book.

Jean was a great draw to bring more people into my store. One gentleman came in just to meet Jean and ended up buying a $28,000 motorcycle.
It was wonderful to hear from a family member in such a candid way. She not only entertained us, she answered many of our questions. It was totally enjoyable.
Awesome I felt I was right there living the experiences of the Harley and the Daivdson families as they were making motorcycles which have stood the test of time...
After hearing Jean, I now appreciate my Harley even more because now I know the history of what I am riding and the dedication that the Harley and Davidson families brought with them to their company.
In Jean's enthusiastic manner, she shared her peronal belief that each of us is born with a gift and it is up to us to find that gift, develop it, and give it back to the world. This sparked a flame in me to go home and think about how I could use my special gifts to benefit all.
As a former teacher, Jean really has a knack for keeping our attention. She not only informs but more fun for us was her way of making us feel we were right there living their lives with her. We could have stayed all night to listen to her stories.
